We came home from a long travel baseball road trip… with our son. only to find a tree had fell on our garage. We we reached out to several of roofing companies and found none. Do I have to put any money down for my new roof?
No, if you’re going through insurance. If you’re going through our financing, you don’t have to put money down either. If you’re paying out of pocket, then half down is due to get the roof completed and the remainder is due once the roof is complete.
Does my homeowner's insurance cover my roof?
If you have storm coverage, most likely yes.
Do I have to pay my deductible if I go through my insurance company?
Wiggins Roofing will waive $500 of your deductible. If you’re not going through your insurance, you don’t need to worry about your deductible.
