About Wiggins Roofing
Wiggins Roofing is a full service Roofing Company that specializes in Residential and Commericial Roofing. We service all of Michigan and expanding into a State or City near you. We treat each clients like it was our last client. We pride ourselves in making our process simple and easy. We take the worrying away from our clients so that we can do the heavy lifting.
Our owner decide to start a roofing company to make sure that people were not being taken advantage of. We believe there should be a fair price for a roof.
Residential
We have a Free Roof Program where we assist any homeowner to get a New Roof on there residence. The way this is done is by going through the client homeowners insurance and working directly with their insurance adjuster. The great thing about this program that it does not raise the homeowners insurance premium.
If you have multiple claims your insurance company could dem you as high risk and your premium will go up. If you are at your renewal date then no matter if you file a claim or don’t file a claim that date the insurance has given you is when your premium will increase.
Commercial Roofing
Our Commercial division can handle any size project in most states in North America. We provide complete tear-offs and overlapping of the existing roof. We can handle it if it’s pre-construction, temporary roof, or opening roof for delivery of large machinery. We use all flat roof products TPO, EPDM, Metal, and Vented roofing systems
We can work through any General Contractors or Project managers for Industrial Roofs. We can meet timeline deadlines and Provide project updates throughout the process.
Referral Partner Program
Anyone can become a Referral Partner. This program has been in existence since the start of Wiggins Roofing. A Referral Partner is he or she that has had a roof completed by one of our great programs or anyone that knows about our programs and quality of workmanship. All you have to do is tell your neighbors, family, and friends that they can get a free roof or ask them if anyone they might know can get a free roof. Wiggins Roofing will pay any referral partner 500.00 per referral.
